Seating

Inclusions

• All non moving frames are covered by Camira Limited’s Warranty for 10 years of normal use from date of purchase.
• All chair mechanisms and workmanship is covered by Camira Limited’s Warranty for 5 years of normal use from date of purchase.

Exclusions

• Abuse or misuse, including excessive use (eg: 24-hour use).
• Damage caused by unusual forces such as water, fire or earthquake.
• Fabric and foam vary greatly and carry their own warranty from the manufacturer.
• Servicing or repair by other than a Camira-approved agent will void this Warranty.
• Pick up and delivery, if required.

Hard Furniture

Inclusions

• Workmanship and materials including hardware for 5 years.
• Labour and materials to rectify the fault.

Exclusions

• Abuse or misuse, including excessive use (eg: 24-hour use).
• Damage caused by unusual forces such as water, fire or earthquake
• Water, heat and direct sunlight can have a damaging effect on most surfaces and materials and as such, damage from any of these sources are excluded.
• Servicing or repair by other than a Camira-approved agent will void this Warranty.
• Pick up and delivery, if required.
